29,307 days after prohibition ended, restoring sanity and permitting the consumption of alcohol again, The Bootlegger family opened the doors to our first cocktail bar on Gloucester Road in Bristol. Since then, we have continued to celebrate this momentous occasion and have continued our journey west to Womanby Street in Cardiff and south to Fore Street in Exeter, and Middle Street, just yards from the beautiful Brighton seafront. We’ve also made our way north to Leeds and to Richmond, the affluent district bordering the River Thames in London.
Unlike the Prohibition days, when good liquor was banned, we offer you a place to enjoy yourself without fear of fines or incarceration. We exist to provide the best nightlife experience in every city we operate, with our signature Prohibition blend of good stock, good company, and good times.
At The Bootlegger, we have over 80 cocktails, from timeless classics to innovative new creations. Our espresso martinis and sours are legendary, and we’re one of the few UK bars serving dashing CBD-infused cocktails.
For gin lovers, we offer a unique collection of gins at our dedicated gin bars. We also serve craft beers, ales, and ciders, including local favourites. All of this is paired with live music and DJs to keep the good times rolling.
